Who are you and where are you located?
We are a Korean and American couple currently based in Incheon, South Korea. We started making graphics about Korea and learning Korean about 6 years ago. Since we’ve started our blog in 2013, we’ve had over 3 million people visit and learn Korean with our illustrations.
How do I get my ebooks?
Once you make a purchase, you will be directed to a page with all of your download links. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have any trouble accessing or downloading the links, just send us an e-mail and we’ll fix the issue.
I didn’t get the links to my ebook downloads. What happened?
Sometimes e-mails may get sent to the spam folder by mistake. If you’ve checked all of your e-mail folders and the links still aren’t there, then simply send us an e-mail at domhyo at domandhyo.com, and we will send you the links manually.
Do you also sell paperback books?
At the moment we do not. Due to many of our readers being from all over the world, shipping and production costs vary and can be expensive for both us and the customer.
We also prefer ebooks because we can deliver the products instantly and easily send updates to previous customers at anytime without needing to reprint.
My download speed is slow. What should I do?
Unfortunately internet speeds vary across the world. We separated the larger digital downloads into different files for easier downloading. If you are still having trouble with download speeds, message us, and we will send you an alternate link to see if that’s faster.
Can I receive updates to ebooks and digital downloads I’ve purchased?
Yes. Whenever we make a major edit to an ebook (corrections, additional info, etc.), then you will be sent a new link in your e-mail for the updated content for life!
What payment methods do you offer?
We use several payment methods for purchases. For a speedy express checkout, we accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club, and JCB), Paypal (you can also use major credit cards here), and Apple Pay.
