Jeon is one of my top 5 favorite Korean foods. Although greasy at times, it fills me up and it’s great with Magkeolli (especially in the wintertime). Many expats seem to like it too (most seem to prefer Pajeon), but I soon found out that there are many many others. So many, that I couldn’t fit them all into one graphic. My favorite is Kkaennipjeon. When they serve it at school, I usually eat about 10-15 of them.

Hyo and I also made this type of jeon back during the Chuseok holidays. Very fun! go try some of these out if you haven’t already.
