So there you have it. These are not all the winter foods that are popular, but the most common ones you can find. My personal favorite is Ho-tteok. Sweet and filling…I can’t get enough of ’em. Hyo likes the roasted chestnuts although I’m not really fond of them. Actually many of the foods on this list, but Hyo gave me the idea for the graphic and let me know which ones were pretty popular.

    It’s funny because most of the desserts are different variations of something with red bean paste.

    Is there anything not filled with red beans paste ?? ㅋㅋㅋ
    When I look first I’m always thinking that it’s chocolate filled… how disappointing sometimes 🙁
    But don’t get me wrong, I like red beans paste too !

    My favorite here is 떡볶이 for sure ! At any season ! With 순대 🙂
